WIP Luncheon Highlights Technical Consulting, Software

Two veterans of Quark Inc. have started their own consulting enterprise, branching out to design task management systems that cover a variety of operations. The concepts developed by their 19-month-old firm, ONUS LLC, was the main portion of the February 20 Women In Production (WIP) luncheon session, “Production Management Tools—Enabling Digital Workflows.” Mssrs. Kazanow and Chauhan’s Denver-based firm centers on a “General Project Process & Methodology” plan that stresses the importance of breaking large tasks into smaller, more manageable, milestones.
